Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Aligned Engineering, LLC collects through www.aepnw.com, how we use it, and how to reach us about it. In short: the only personal information we ask for is what you send through the contact form. We use it only to respond to you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

The site asks for personal information in one place, the contact form. It collects:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Your phone number, company or agency, project type, and project location (optional)
• The message you write (required)

There are no accounts or sign-ins on this site.

How your message reaches us

The contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you send the form, your entries go to Formspree, which emails them to us at robert@aepnw.com. Formspree also keeps a copy of each submission in our Formspree account. Formspree handles the submission under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry, including any follow-up or proposal you ask us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it or share it for marketing.

Hosting and technical data

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare receives standard request data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, and the address of the page requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so loading a page does not contact Google Fonts or any other font service. The site does not set cookies of its own and runs no advertising or social media tracking scripts.

Analytics

The site does not currently run any visitor analytics.

Links to other sites

The footer links to our Facebook page and to Robert Rippee's LinkedIn profile. Those are ordinary links, and nothing from those sites loads until you follow one. Once you do, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Correcting or deleting your information

To find out what you have sent us, or to ask us to correct or delete it (including the copy kept in our Formspree account), email robert@aepnw.com or call 541-225-7157.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
